Our facilities will have a high degree of luxury and will feature an unmatched service to let the guests feel that they are in paradise while with us. Our hillside location in a tropical forest environment with a great view over Patong bay and our southern Thai styled facilities will make them feel comfortable and lure them to spend a great amount of time and funds in the resort and enjoying all recreational, sports, food and beverage offerings. Our pricing policy shall therefore be on a realistic level where we can compete with nearby facilities, thus pricing ought not be the sole reason to wine and dine elsewhere instead of availing themselves of our facilities. Because of its location, facilities and surroundings offered within our resort, we expect high revenue especially in the F & B sector. There are no competitors within walking distance. Our target customers are the higher aged income group, which prefers a quieter place to rest, well away from all the noisy nightspots. The restaurant will offer every night -beside the standard menu- some theme evening with nightly special offering and entertainment by dancing shows, musicians etc. Romantic music and dancing around the pool area is envisaged and encouraged.
