At Djinnah Santi, there are four types of villas currently available:

Type A: Four-bedroom with separate study pavilion
Type B: Five-bedroom with separate study pavilion and guest villa with pool
Type C: Four-bedroom villa
Type D: Five-bedroom with two separate guest pavilions

Built area in m2:

• Type A: 754
• Type B: 943
• Type C: 742
• Type D: 1,050

Some of the villas plan can be extended with an additional 64m2 to incorporate a multi-purpose room including bathroom and deck.

The owners have the choice of decorating their villas in three interior styles:

• Asian Traditional
• Asian Contemporary
• Tropical Modern

*Built area is incorporating the villa’s in and outdoor areas and excludes landscaping.
